One Account Per Person
Each player may open only one account on jdby. A second account opened using the same name, phone number, or payment details may be closed and the balance in that account forfeited.
Accurate Personal Information
The name, contact details and payment information provided when opening an account must be accurate. jdby may close any account that contains false or fraudulent information without prior notice.
Account Terms
Password Security
Players must keep their login details confidential and must not share them with anyone. The player is responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If a security breach occurs, notify jdby immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
Account Suspension
Players may contact the support team at any time to request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of their account. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before requesting account closure.
Reasons for Account Closure
- If the player engages in fraud or uses dishonest methods
- If a second or third account is used to claim additional bonuses
- If a VPN or proxy is used to access from restricted regions
- If deposit or withdrawal patterns raise suspicion of money laundering
- If the platform's technical vulnerabilities are deliberately exploited

Refund Policy
Funds that have already been wagered are generally non-refundable. However, if a payment fails due to a technical issue yet the amount was still deducted, you may contact the support team to investigate and raise a claim.

jdby offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it counts as fulfilled. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of accepting the bonus; any remaining bonus will be forfeited if it is not met within that period.
VIP Benefits
jdby's VIP levels progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and you can move up each tier based on your wagering activity—
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Bonus Handling Restrictions
- Each bonus may be claimed only once per player
- Claiming a bonus through a second account is strictly prohibited
- jdby reserves the right to decline bonus requests based on external offers or incomplete understanding of the terms
- jdby's decision is final on all bonus-related matters
